Logos to release Holocaust CD-ROM

Oak Harbor, WA - Logos Research Systems, Inc. has been awarded an
exclusive world-wide contract to distribute an English language
multimedia CD-ROM based on the Jewish Holocaust. "Lest We Forget - A
History of the Holocaust" will be released on Holocaust Remembrance Day,
April 15, 1996. The dual platform, Windows/Macintosh CD-ROM was
developed by Endless Interactive, in Belgium. The product has been in
development for nearly two years. "The Holocaust CD is like strong
medicine. It is a shock to the system. It throws in our face the horror,
the cost in lives of both victims and victors. It renews our commitment
to not let history repeat itself," said Bob Pritchett, President of
Logos Research Systems, Inc. The CD-ROM contains material never before
seen by the general public.

"Lest We Forget - A History of the Holocaust" contains custom edited
video footage and original music. The material is organized into three
sections, Nazi Germany, the Holocaust, and the Aftermath of the
Holocaust. Each main topic has sub-topics that examine the material
further. Over five hundred pictures gathered from Germany, the U.S.
Holocaust Museum, Israel, Auschwitz, and other sources are in the
product. Interactive maps of Auschwitz II - Birkenau, camps & ghettos,
and the expansion of Nazi Germany guide you graphically through 1933 to
1944. Four video summaries highlight the main topics. The summaries can
be viewed in full-screen video on PowerMac or Pentium class machines,
quarter screen on less powerful machines.
