publication of this pamphlet.

      The Chairman of the Official Party Commission for
     the examination and protection of NSDAP literature.

It is suggested that all organizations of the NSDAP, the
institution "Strength through Joy" and all associated
organizations should buy and recommend this publication.

      Office of the Cultivation of literature with the
     plenipotentiary of the Fuehrer for the whole spir-
      itual and ideological education of the N.S.D.A.P.

Party Franz von Papen and the Fuehrer in Berlin (First

contact in Spring 1932); the Fuehrer agrees that a Papen-
Cabinet should be tolerated by the NSDAP, provided that the
prohibitions imposed on the SA, uniforms and demonstrations
be lifted and the Reichstag dissolved.
