It is suggested that all organizations of the NSDAP, the institution "Strength through Joy" and all associated organizations should buy and recommend this publication. [Page 41] 28th May [1932] In view of the imminent fall of Bruening at a meeting between the former Deputy of the Prussian Centre Party Franz von Papen and the Fuehrer in Berlin (First personal [Page 166] contact in Spring 1932); the Fuehrer agrees that a Papen- Cabinet should be tolerated by the NSDAP, provided that the prohibitions imposed on the SA, uniforms and demonstrations be lifted and the Reichstag dissolved.
