Witness Statement: Oberstaatsanwalt Heiko Klein, Mannheim,
Germany

Senior Public Prosecitor [sic], Mr. Heiko Klein, is the
leading person engaged in Germany's legal persecution of so-
called `Holocaust deniers'. He is part of a group who
imprison old men `for not writing' the things that would
criminalize them, for example, revisionist historian, Udo
Walendy.

During my visit to his office, he terminated our discussion
after asking the same question Rabbi Cooper asked of me: Do
you question the gassings?

To date Mr. Klein has not responded to my request to
participate as a witness in these HREOC proceedings.
