If one arm is smaller than the other, do the following:
  Train with dumbells.
Do your first rep with your smaller arm,
and do your last rep with your smaller arm also.
This may sound stupid and obvious, but think about it:
How many lifters naturally start a dumbell exercise with
their strong arm? And once you are towards the end of your
set, you probably push one last rep out with your stronger
  arm also!
Simple science, but it makes sense.

By far the answer is Winstrol.
Meth is a very short lived androgen that promotes aggressiveness.
It is ideal for boxers and football players.
Winstrol promotes mass gains, cuts you up, and when you go off
it, you won't lose your progress.

I think that you are comparing Met-Rx mailorder prices to Myoplex's
retail price. Correct me if I'm wrong. Most mail-order catalogs haven't
had a chance to start carring Myoplex yet. The Ion-Exchange
Whey is the best source of protein, so it should work great.

I'm sure that some executives in the supplement industry read
this newsgroup. If you are listening, read this:
I am sick and tired of choking down sweet drinks to get
my extra protein. I know that I can buy unsweetened protein
powder, but unless I add sweetener, it tastes like crap.
What we need is a tasty food product with the nutrient
profile of Met-Rx or Myoplex. I know that Weider experimented
with some food items, and so did Metabolol (Champion
Nutrition), and I know that it failed, but Met-Rx has
opened up a new market, which has a glaring ommission:
If we had a "Power Pasta" or an "Anabolic Rice" or a
"Protein Boosted Bean Dip" or cans of "Anabolic Baked
Beans", etc. etc., it would be great. You should be able
to make pasta with higher protein/carb ratios than traditional
pastas. There has to be a solution to this problem.
If anyone has a comment to make on this issue, feel free to email
  me.

  Eiran,
With all due respect, you are going about it all wrong.
Take creatine on an empty stomach with a glass of
  Welch's grape juice (or similar).
For the first 5 days, take 28-30 grams per day.
You should spread this out in 2 or three dosages.
After that, take between 6 and 12 grams per day
as long as you can afford it.
You'll probably find that your little Twinlab
bottle is too small to last you more than
  3 days. Try Eclipse creatine, I don't have a
phone number, but you can get one Kilo of
pure Creatine for under $80 from them via
  mail-order.
Here in Canada I can go to the MuscleMag
Muscle Shop and buy 1 Kilo of Creatine for
$90 Cdn, which is $65 U.S. This is the only
product that is notably cheaper here in
Canada. Everything else is tres $$$$$$!
1 Kilo of Creatine will last you between
60-90 days. Not that unaffordable, provided
you are using a less expensive brand.

How would you know? That would be like saying that faggots that
march in gay pride parades are rarely 100% homosexual.
Perhaps you make a habit of trying to fuck men who claim they
