Marc Lemire was posted publicly to several mailing lists.

Mr. Covington is the head of the National Socialist White Peoples' Party.
Mr. Lemire is associated with Ernst Zundel and Ingrid Rimland, notably
in a technical capacity.

Dear Mr. Lemire:

        FINALLY! Mystery solved! At last you have given me the information
necessary to stop your receiving NSNet Bulletins! I found one df.org address
on our list and I have removed it. Your precious mailbox should not be
befouled any more with nasty old National Socialism.

        Let us recap. This is an absolutely classic example of how Movement
imbroglios start, and it is highly instructive. You began complaining last
November, I believe it was, that you were receiving politically incorrect
e-mail from us. I accordingly removed you from the list. You bitched at me
again, saying you were still receiving our stuff. I checked the list again
to make sure that you were not on it, nor were you on our list, anywhere.
From that day to this, your e-mail address has never graced our growing
listserv. I e-mailed you back and stated that "either our material is being
forwarded or YOU ARE LINKED TO ANOTHER E-MAIL ADDRESS." (My emphasis).

        Had you then told me, "Oh, yeah, I have my own server, so please
remove anything with a df.org suffix" there would have been no problemo.

        Instead you responded with a series of obscene and hysterical
e-mails, threatening me, cursing me, and babbling personal smears and
slanders at me. At that point I simply wrote you off as one of the Usual
Suspects and assumed that, like all my slanderers, you were either making it
up out of some ulterior motive or else you were simply insane. What had
happened was that you were responding, as so many Movement people do, with
PERSONAL PIQUE as opposed to political instinct. The skins of Movement
people are as thin as tissue paper; to Movement people anything which
remotely resembles criticism or disagreement is personal betrayal, treachery
of the blackest hue, proof postive that anyone who offers a criticism or
presumes to disagree is (of course!) a SECRET AGENT OF THE ENEMY who is
being paid vast, huge sums to SPREAD DISUNITY IN THE RIGHT WING (or
Revisionist movement or Klan or whatever). 

        I mean, it's obvious, isn't it? Since Fearless Leader (and of course
ourselves by extension) are absolutely perfect and Marked By Destiny For
Great Things, then obviously anyone who might say otherwise is AN AGENT OF
THE ENEMY yes! and a horrible traitor who must be destroyed at all costs,
never mind such paltry considerations as truth, fairness, or the good of the
cause.

        Okay, yours is a minor example, but it's the same principle in
action. I informed you of a simple fact---you were not and are not on our
list---and I got two months of shrieking hysterics, profanity, threats, and
raving complaints to Earthlink. Had you approached me just ONCE with reason
and calm, and said, "Mr. Smith, there's a problem here. I am still receiving
your material," and had you provided the information that anything with
df.org on it came to you (I asked you about other e-mail links repeatedly
but got no other answer than four-letter words) then I would have done what
was necessary to solve the problem. 

        Everything that followed was the result of your reaction to my
telling you, in perfect good faith, that you were not on our list and I
could not understand how you were getting our material. You did not respond
with reason or comradeship: instead you screeched like a castrated
chimpanzee and launched a series of complaints to Earthlink and vile
personal attacks on me. Now, two months later, you finally get around to
providing me with the information necessary to solve the problem.

        These computer thingies are powerful tools of communication, Marc,
but I've noticed they are like guns. They give someone a feeling of power
and inflated self-esteem, the ability to engage in conduct and vicious
verbal abuse at long distance that you would never dare to do to somebody's
face. (Ask Little Willie, a prime practitioner of the art.) 

        You are a very talented writer. Please take this as a lesson and
don't let the thrill of being in cyberspace get to your head. I've been in
"this thing of ours" for 24 years now; listen to the voice of experience. Do
not be ashamed to admit that you are young and you still have much to learn.

Your ideas are not the reason I requested you to stop sending me messages,
the price it costs me to receive them are the reason.

If you asked me first before just sending me messages, I would have spoken
to the rest of the Digital Freedom team and we might have worked out
something, but instead you just tried to shove your information down our

In my original message back in November, I told you EXACTLY what addresses
to remove.  And you did not remove them.

I also NEVER complained about the content of your messages.  You are simply
lieing here.

To Whom It May Concern:

        The recent statements made by Marc Lemire in his public attack on
myself and the National Socialist White People's Party are false in their
entirety, and Mr. Lemire is fully aware that they are false. The account
which I have given of the matter is completely correct and entirely factual.
I am right. Mr. Lemire is wrong. It is that simple.

        I am becoming extremely weary of being subjected to this kind of
vicious attack, and I will comment no further on this particular incident. I
