Why do you think this is an admirable goal?

                                         MORE OF THE COVERUP

Last Monday, I filed an accusation against the Marion County
Prosecutor, Scott Newman, in Circuit Court, accusing him of refusing
to perform the duties of office (he is using his office to prosecute
political opponents of his political allies and refuses to prosecute
cops who commit crimes, including murder -- REMEMBER JOE LOVE!).
Newman has refused to prosecute cops who have broken the law,
repeatedly, here in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The accusation was filed under an Indiana Law (I.C. 5-8-1-35) that
says that when an accusation, filed by any person, against any public
official, charging him with refusing to perform the duties of office,
that the Court __MUST__ cite the person charged, between 5 and 10 days
after the accusation is filed, and MUST have a hearing in not less
than 20 days and if the charges are found true, the official MUST be
removed from office..

Today, when a reporter went to the Court to see the pleadings, Judge
Ryan said, "Oh, you want to see these STUPID things?"

When asked why he thought that, he hedged and said he'd ISSUE HIS
RULING TOMORROW OR THURSDAY.

HE HAS NO AUTHORITY TO "ISSUE A RULING" -- THERE HAS BEEN NO HEARING
AND HE HAS NOT CITED THE PROSECUTOR AS REQUIRED BY LAW (and it is
OBVIOUS what he intends his ruling to be).

He told the reporter, "She filed it in the wrong office."  The LAW
says it is to be an ACCUSATION, filed in the CIRCUIT COURT, which is
where it is filed.  So he's obviously going to try to use this as his
"excuse."

In Indiana, the Circuit Court has authority to CREATE a writ if this
judge chose to do so, so this is a TOTAL CROCK, not to mention that it
flies squarely in the face of the LAW as it is written, in PLAIN
LANGUAGE.

THIS IS *** EXACTLY *** HOW THESE NAZIS HAVE PERVERTED JUSTICE AND
RAPED THE CITIZENRY WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO CONTROL THE GOVERNMENT.

Oh, and by the way, Judge Ryan doesn't have a legal oath and bond on
file, either, as required by the Constitution of Indiana and laws of
this state.
