INDIANAPOLIS FBI AGENT TOM SMITH
HIS SUPERVISOR: AGENT PERRY (317) 639-3301

On March 15, Indianapolis FBI Agent Tom Smith called here again.
This time, he claimed he had to "run down a lead" that "Tim McVeigh
had called our number in 1993."

When thousands of people were calling to order the Waco tapes,
when nobody had heard the name McVeigh and couldn't care less.

But the catch? The number he claimed McVeigh called from was
bogus. It didn't exist in 1993. I checked. Another lie from the FBI.
He also said he wanted to "meet with me, without tape recorders," at
the local Burger King.

     Sure he did.

Tom Smith was the agent who threatened me last year when I tried
to provide information about the Oklahoma City bombing. He refused to
take the information and said, "What if McVeigh suddenly gave a
statement and blamed everything he did on you and your tape?" And lo!
It wasn't, what, a month later, I'm the centerfold "Queen of Hate, the
sinister inspiration for the Oklahoma bombing," in the National
Enquirer.

Well, here it is, a month after Tom Smith called again and LEE
HANCOCK with the Dallas Morning News just called.

She claimed she had "telephone records showing that McVeigh had
called here."

I asked if she had gotten the "telephone records" from court
records. She said no. I asked if she had legally subpoenaed them and
she said no.

So I said "You had no legal way to obtain any such records.
Secondly, I know what you do have and it's fraud."

She didn't have any "telephone records." She had a "tip" -- a
bogus tip -- from the people WHO DON'T WANT THE TRUTH ABOUT OKLAHOMA
TO COME OUT.

It's just COINCIDENCE that everytime I'm working on something,
talking on the phone about releasing a report, that these calls come
in, slam, bam, thank-you-ma'am, right afterwards, or that our phone
lines won't give us dial tones, that we have spooks calling us left
and right.

     SURE IT IS.

I sent a fax to all the people above, telling them in no
uncertain terms that I had already been libelled by their lies and
attempts to connect every criminal the FBI parades in front of the
cameras with "the militia" and they better not try any more illegal,
FBI-inspired terrorism in efforts to "connect" me or anyone else to
THEIR CRIMES.

                      FBI, GOD SEES YOUR LIES.
