David Irving Warns Annie Alpert
Tape and Transcript Must Remain
'Secret'
September 23, 1996
Dear Ms Alpert:
My friends tell me that you have been posting various things on the
Internet. May I remind you that all my remarks at the private lecture
which you attended on September 20 are what is known in law as
"intellectual property", and that any unlawful dissemination of either
the tape recording which you were observed to make or of any
unauthorised transcript thereof will constitute an infringment of my
Copyright and will be treated accordingly, and damages will be sought
for breach of copyright. If you wish to publish a transcript, please
submit it to me for authorisation first, to avoid unpleasant
consequences. I have had unpleasant experiences with people publishing
maicious so-called transcripts on the Internet which in fact bear little
resemblance to anything I may or may not have said.
Yours sincerely,
