Perhaps Mr. Kadach would be kind enough to lay out - with precision - just which "hard-hitting facts" he is referring to.

Given that the article in question asserts fraud on my part, and given that it contains no evidence of fraud, I think it behooves Mr. Kadach to put his money where his mouth is and show us these "facts."

Unless, of course, Mr. Kadach knows of no such "hard-hitting facts," and cannot show - even remotely - any evidence whatsoever that Nizkor has:

1. Committed any alleged fraud, or
2. Even been investigated for any alleged fraud
3. Ever "swindled" anyone

Put up or shut up, Mr. Kadach - if you found no evidence of fraud or "swindling" in the article you responded to, then admit it. If you did find "facts" showing illegal activity, then lay them out.

I would like to advise Mr. Kadach that one user, with a long history of making unfounded assertions with respect to Nizkor, and with respect to me, has been under investigation by the Edmonton Police Service for criminal defamation, and that the matter is now in the hands of the Special Prosecutions office of the Office of the Attorney General of Alberta. (Should Mr. Kadach doubt this, I would be happy to provide him with the Special Prosecutor's name and telephone number. The gentleman is already familiar with Mr. Kadach's comments about Nizkor's funding, and I'm sure he'd be happy to discuss the matter further.)
